SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7 Proclaiming                                                                                  
September 9, 2011, as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Awareness                                                                
Day, was read the second time and was before the Senate on final                                                                
passage.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senators Olson, Giessel, Thomas, Stedman, Huggins moved and asked                                                               
unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution.
